Privacy, in plain words
What we collect: When a business joins KudosCrew, we store its business details and the customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses the business provides — used only to send review requests on that business's behalf.
Google data: When a business owner connects their Google Business Profile, KudosCrew accesses only that owner's own reviews, with their explicit OAuth consent, to display reviews and post owner-approved replies. We never access profiles without authorization, never sell data, and owners can disconnect at any time.
Messages: Every text and email we send includes a way to opt out, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.
